The 606 Trail Bar Crawl
We’re back for our 606 Trail Bar Crawl!
Couple summers ago, Chicago opened another one of its public space projects. Like the Millennium Park, the “Bean” and the Pavilion, to the Lincoln Park Zoo, already this new public space has become one of Chicago’s best places do activities. This new jewel of Chicago is called The 606 Trail.
The 606 Trail or also commonly called the Bloomingdale Trail is a former Chicago railroad line. For decades, it overlaid much of north side of Chicago, unused, in decrepit form, weeds overgrowing, bum camping and a drug infested hideout. But that was then and today look at The 606.
Because we’re Meet People Chicago and our creed is to 1. Explore 2. Meet People 3. Have Fun, we’re going to do Chicago’s only The 606 Trail Bar Crawl!
We are going to visit 4 bars along the 606 and in between walk The 606 Trail. Besides meeting friends and new people, we are going to explore the neighborhoods of Wicker Park, Bucktown and Humboldt Park. In our stops, we’re going to drink and grab bites to eat. All this with dozens of friendly people who just like you love to explore this great city of ours!
In addition to drink specials from the bars, at the end of the crawl, a new member voted most gregarious will be invited to our next walking bar crawl for free! Why? Because Meet People Chicago has many repeat members and we want to show new members how amazing our group is!
So, join Meet People Chicago and friends for our “The 606 Trail Bar Crawl!
