The Violet Hour St. George Master Class

Join us for a master level discussion and guided tasting by The Violet Hour’s Toby Maloney and Head Distiller Dave Smith of renowned craft distillery St. George Spirits. Guests will be greeted with a welcome drink, followed by four cocktails, each showcasing one of St. George’s renowned spirits.

In addition to the cocktails, guests will have the opportunity to tap into Dave’s extensive whiskey knowledge while tasting through the one-of-a-kind single malt and American style whiskies St. George produces. (Rumor has it, the elusive and exclusive 35th Anniversary Single Malt might make an appearance).

Dave will dig into the nitty gritty of distillation, while Toby will speak to cocktail theory. This is a unique opportunity for all true aficionados to spend some time with two masters in their field.

Ticket price includes entry to the event, a welcome beverage, four cocktails, additional tastes of neat spirits and two hours of interactive, advanced discussion of spirits and cocktails.
