Whisky, Wine & Wagyu Fest
The Trotter Project is hosting a Whisky, Wine & Wagyu Fest on Thursday, February 27, 2020, from 6:30pm-9:30pm at the Boelter Superstore (1071 West Division Street, Chicago, IL 60642). The event will include perfectly paired Aberlour whisky cocktails and wine with Wagyu bites by some of Chicago’s top chefs, including Michael Armstrong (Tao), Ken Carter (Gather), and Amber Lancaster (Rekki), and Michael Taus (Gemstone Hospitality), supported by some of The Trotter Project’s local student scholars.
Early bird tickets are available until February 14 for $60. Regular Tickets are $75. Proceeds directly benefit The Trotter Project; a GuideStar Platinum-rated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established based on Chef Charlie Trotter’s guiding principles of excellence to educate and mentor young talent interested in the global culinary and hospitality industries.
