Z Bar A New Rooftop Coming to the Peninsula Hotel Chicago in June 2018
Introducing the Peninsula Chicago’s new rooftop lounge, Z Bar. Focusing on Chicago crafted, globally inspired cocktails. Sitting two levels above The Terrace it will feature views of the Water Tower and Michigan Ave. It will offer a mixology class, a roving cocktail cart and cocktail pairing sessions, according to a news release. Z Bar is named for the hotel’s longtime general manager Maria Zec, the first woman general manager for the entire Peninsula Hotel Group.
